A Parent & Student Guide to Maximising the PAS Experience

rovi

Ten minutes a day to build confidence, resilience, and real-world life skills. (Please read to get the most out of PAS)

Designed for Busy Lives

We know life is busy. Between school, homework, hobbies, family time, and friends, it can feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day.

That’s why PAS Training is built around short, bite-sized lessons that take just 7–12 minutes to complete. You don’t need to find hours of extra time or spend your evenings studying. Small, consistent steps are what make the biggest difference.

Little and Often Works Best

The easiest way to stay on track is to connect PAS Training to something you already do every day.

For example:

  • Complete a lesson on the bus or train journey to school.
  • Spend 10 minutes on a module after breakfast.
  • Work through a lesson before gaming, watching TV, or scrolling social media.
  • Set aside a few minutes after homework or before bed.

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency. A few minutes each day soon adds up to powerful new skills and habits.

Learning Together

It’s often easier to stay motivated when you’re part of a community.

That’s why PAS Training includes:

  • Friendly reminders to help you stay on track.
  • Discussion areas where students can share ideas and learn from each other.
  • Progress tracking and leaderboards that make learning more engaging and rewarding.

Whether you’re aiming to improve confidence, awareness, communication skills, or decision-making, you’ll be part of a community of young people working towards similar goals.

More Than Personal Safety

PAS Training isn’t just about staying safe. It’s about developing the confidence and practical skills needed to thrive in everyday life.

As students progress through the programme, they learn how to:

  • Make better decisions under pressure.
  • Communicate with greater confidence.
  • Recognise and manage risks.
  • Build resilience when facing challenges.
  • Develop the self-belief to step outside their comfort zone.

Preparing for Life Beyond School

Our aim is simple: to help young people feel more confident, capable, and prepared for the wider world.

By investing just a few minutes a day, students develop skills that support them not only in their personal safety but also in education, work, relationships, and future opportunities.

When it’s time to take the next step in life, we want every young person to feel ready—not fearful of the world around them, but confident in their ability to navigate it.
